Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Tools and Automation Developer for our client. This is a fully remote, direct-hire position offering a competitive salary range of $100,000-$120,000 with a 5% bonus. The ideal candidate will design, deploy, and maintain scalable automation solutions, leveraging their strong Python skills, API development expertise, and experience with automation tools and frameworks.

 

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Design and Deployment: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable process automation solutions using Python and relevant automation tools.
  • API Development: Develop, integrate, and maintain robust APIs to facilitate seamless communication between different systems and applications.
  • Automations: Deliver reusable automation components compatible with existing systems and applications.
  • Monitoring and Testing: Routinely monitor and test automation solutions, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Process Analysis: Gather and analyze existing process flows, use cases, and technical requirements to identify new opportunities for automation.
  • Performance Metrics: Collect data and metrics to monitor and maintain automation performance, measure utilization, and enhance functionality.
  • Documentation: Document and maintain scripts, algorithms, and logic to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable performance and functionality.

 

Qualifications
  • Experience: 4-7 years of automation development and process optimization experience.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Python for automation tasks.
  • Extensive experience in API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and working knowledge of Azure.
  • Proficiency in process and workflow analysis.
  • Soft Skills: Flexible mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT Skills: Intermediate technical skills, including code analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessment.
