Position Overview:
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking Support Services Representatives for a contract opportunity in Frisco, TX. The role focuses on providing clerical support, processing requests for medical records and financial documents, and performing general office duties in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Requests:
- Process requests for medical records, EOBs, UB92s, and itemized statements.
- Clerical Duties:
- Perform tasks such as sorting correspondence, filing, photocopying, scanning, indexing documents, printing, tracking, and distributing mail.
- Additional Support:
- Handle other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in data entry and 10-key by touch.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology is a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.

Work Environment:
