Job Description
Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring an Industrial Service Manager in Fenton, MO. Service Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and write proposals based upon customer needs.
- Reviews JSA’s, safety audits, and responsible for the safety of personnel in the shop and on the job site.
- Continual development and evaluation of employees.
- Review service tickets daily for accuracy of technical completion, procedures, time entry, and materials.
- Manages job flow including manpower, scheduling, material availability, and dispatching.
- Responsible for monitoring costs and job status.
- Schedules training for employees on an as needed basis.
- Manages employee discipline and adherence to company policies.
- All other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree preferred.
- Must have 5+ years prior experience working as a boiler service technician on commercial/industrial steam and hot water boilers with strong electrical and controls capabilities
- Computer competency including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams are required Willingness / ability to work after hours, weekends, and emergency hours as needed
- Willingness / ability to travel domestically as needed
- Must have the ability to work independently with little direct supervision
- Work involves light and simple types of physical exertion
