affing Partners is hiring a Senior Recruiter with a software development client in Dallas, TX. The Senior Recruiter will provide full life-cycle recruiting for the clients’ Services Team.

The client is an Analytics, AI & knowledge-powered platform for planning and decision making enabling true IBP for global companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines by employing multiple proactive sourcing strategies
  • Manage candidates efficiently and effectively through the recruiting process to include: technical assessments, immigration intakes and hiring team interviews
  • Provide thorough, proactive, and transparent communication and excellent customer service to key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans
  • Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers/teams, provide recommendations and best practices to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruiting process
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment laws covering recruiting and hiring practices
  • Work closely with immigration on candidates who require immigration support in the hiring and offer process
  • Understand the model, organization, strategy, and drivers, impart your knowledge of the supply chain industry in your conversations with candidates
  • Exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, discretion, and creativity to changing needs and situations
  • Serve as a brand ambassador ensuring candidates are engaged with and
  • motivated by opportunities
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 4+ years of recruiting in-house or at an agency, preferably start-up or large global technology organizations; vertical industry experience including
  • Software, Technology, or Information Services
  • 2+ years recruiting technical talent, including working within immigration regulations
  • Must be willing to work hybrid
  • High proficiency at proactive sourcing techniques including Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google XRay, social media, etc.
  • Ability to successfully manage to recruiting metrics, and provide consistent and correct up to date information on assigned requisitions
  • Provide effective coaching and employ recruiting best practices with hiring managers/teams
