Job Description
Wheeler Staffing Partners is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Organizational Development Consultant to join our client's dynamic team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in leadership program development, executive coaching, and driving organizational change initiatives. As a vital part of the Human Resources team, you will play a key role in enhancing leadership capabilities, boosting organizational effectiveness, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consulting services across all departments, focusing on leadership development for clinic, nurse, and administrative managers.
- Act as an executive coach to mid-level leaders and faculty to improve their leadership skills and organizational impact.
- Independently or collaboratively handle organizational assessments, evaluations, and special projects, offering actionable insights.
- Lead the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives, including retreats, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee engagement.
- Spearhead onboarding processes for new employees, integrating them into the corporate culture smoothly and effectively.
- Develop and implement innovative training strategies and programs.
- Advise and support executives on complex organizational development challenges, promoting sustainable solutions.
- Drive enterprise-wide change initiatives, managing the change process efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize data analysis and industry benchmarks to identify process improvements and enhance organizational efficiency.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, building trust and fostering strong relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Organizational Development is preferred.
- Coaching certifications from reputable institutions such as the International Coach Federation are highly regarded.
- A minimum of six years of experience in organizational development, with a proven track record in leadership training and organizational change.
- Experience in the healthcare sector or other large, complex organizations is advantageous.
- Strong executive presence with stellar interpersonal skills to engage with high-level stakeholders confidently.
- In-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies, change management principles, and employee engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
