Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a Senior Civil Engineer with an engineering consulting client in Garland, TX. As a Senior Civil Engineer you will be responsible for project management and design of municipal roadway, drainage and utility projects. Our clients include municipalities and power transmission and distribution utilities. Every individual is responsible for producing a high quality work product while fostering a high level of client satisfaction. This is a senior level position and, as Engineer of Record, you will be expected to take responsibility for designs and staff as necessary to produce high quality deliverables to clients. You will report directly to the company owner.

Job Description
Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a Senior Civil Engineer with an engineering consulting client in Garland, TX. As a Senior Civil Engineer you will be responsible for project management and design of municipal roadway, drainage and utility projects. Job Responsibilities:
- Project management, contracts, and proposals
- Municipal Roadway Design
- Storm sewer analysis and design
- Water and sanitary sewer design
- Site development design (commercial and power utility)
- Flood plain hydraulic analysis
- Interface with clients as needed
- 10 years experience
- Proficient knowledge of roadway and site civil engineering
- Must have strong analytical and computer skills.
- Must have strong written and verbal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, Microstation, GepPak or OpenRoads, Civil3d
- Must have the ability to work permanently in the US
