Product Manager – Salesforce Sales Cloud
Location: Remote (Must reside in EST, CST, or MST)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $65–$80/hr (Max Bill Rate: $125/hr)
Contract Duration: 05/20/2025 – 05/08/2026
Travel: Minimal; Quarterly travel possible
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to support our client’s CRM Product team. This is a fully remote, long-term contract opportunity with a leading enterprise organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and a background in delivering scalable, data-driven solutions to support sales strategy and execution. This individual will lead product initiatives, define roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the Product Manager for Salesforce Sales Cloud

Manage feature development, prioritization, and delivery in collaboration with engineering, UX, and business teams

Own the Salesforce Sales Cloud roadmap and drive product strategy based on customer and business needs

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories

Monitor and optimize platform performance, adoption, and KPIs
-
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and support end-user training
-
Coordinate cross-functional communications to ensure transparency and alignment
-
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
-
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Sales Cloud
-
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and best practices

Ability to configure basic Salesforce features and write business/technical documentation
-
Experience with Agile development environments and product lifecycle management
-
Ability to design and implement new processes to drive user adoption
-
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards

Salesforce Administrator Certification
-
Experience with Salesforce Sales Engagement, Campaigns, Case Management, Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement, CRM Analytics, and Territory Planning

Familiarity with API development, cloud services, and data migrations
-
Experience with integrations between Salesforce and Snowflake
-
Ability to write queries for data analysis
