Job Description
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Sales Service Account Manager in the Boiler Industry in Houston, TX. The primary role of the Sales Service Accountant Manager is to develop customer relationships within assigned geographic territory and/or accounts leading to booked revenue for primarily service but also equipment, aftermarket parts, rentals, etc. Apply today to be considered for this great opportunity!
Sales Service Accountant Manger Responsibilities:
- Support department sales budget with focus on assigned representatives to achieve Target. Work with Management to develop local strategy.
- Perform required research to support customer Request for Quote and general information solicitation.
- Use existing technical drawings/diagrams/personnel/ resources to ensure that solutions offered conform to equipment/use specifications.
- Perform quote follow up to spur customer decisions.
- Ability to handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and to effectively interface with others inside and outside the Company is required.
- Work directly with representatives and staff to resolve internal and external problems quickly.
- Work with management to develop feedback related to target and sales program performance / enhancements.
- Solicit input for new products as well as collecting feedback for increasing sales related to existing offerings.
- Promote growth initiatives
- Moderate local travel, generally by vehicle
- Position requires the constant and consistent exercise of intellect, judgment, and ability commensurate with supervisor positions in similar industries or situations.
- Position requires regular exercise of problem solving and policy or procedure interpretation skills.
- Ability to handle responsibilities with effective interpersonal skills and to effectively interface with others inside and outside the Company is required.

- Ensure duties and company projects are accomplished in an efficient and cost effective manner.
- Support peers and management with internal and external projects.
- Adhere to company policies.

Sales Service Accountant Manager Requirements:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Liberal Arts is preferred.
- Five years experience in a similar industrial/technical position may be substituted.
- At least five years experience in a similar industrial/technical position.
- Basic understanding of HVAC industry terminology a plus
- One to five years of sales experience in the boiler industry or similar industrial segments.
