Position Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) on behalf of our client in Detroit, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients and families.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare team members.

Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.

Prepare patients and families for discharge, providing education and resources.
-
Delegate and supervise tasks performed by other nursing staff.

Participate in unit-based decision-making and promote a positive team environment.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan (or eligibility to obtain).

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Preferred:
-
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

At least 1 year of acute care experience.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $37 – $52/hour (based on years of experience)
