Home Health - Registered Nurse
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health Team, dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes. The PT will work closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, contributing to patient wellness, chronic condition management, and enhanced health outcomes
Registered Nurse - RN (FT)
Location: Roswell, GA
Additional openings ( Decatur, Kennesaw, Buford, Hapeville)Â Â
Shift: Mon- Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Range: $90k – 110k+ /yr   (scaled DOE)
Significant sign on bonus available
Differential available -no
On call requirement – Yes

Qualifications
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Experience: At least one year of experience as a registered nurse (preferred).
- Home Health experience a Plus
- Current RN license to practice in the state of agency operation.
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Licensed driver with the ability to travel to various business locations.
- Compliance with state regulations and program requirements for home health and hospice services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families facing terminal illness.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery.
- Educate patients and families about the hospice process, symptom management, and available resources.
- Document patient status, interventions, and progress accurately and promptly.
