Job Description
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Recruiter, Allied Health in the Raeford, NC area. The Allied Health Recruiter will be responsible for developing and administering a comprehensive recruitment program for the health system, with a particular focus on nursing and allied health staff. This individual will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Additionally, the Allied Health Recruiter will travel to other facilities for hiring events and meetings with managers, as needed, to ensure the successful recruitment of top talent.
This position has a hybrid schedule with 2 days working remotely and 3 days onsite.

Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment program for nursing and allied health staff
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate flow, track recruitment metrics, and produce reports for management
- Attend job fairs and other hiring events to identify potential candidates
- Travel to other facilities for on-site recruitment events and meetings with managers
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, nursing schools, and other organizations to identify and recruit top talent
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Participate in other HR projects as assigned
Recruiter Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- Two years of previous Recruiting experience for acute care, hospital hiring or Nurse recruitment experience.
- Healthcare Recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience in a human resource function with experience in hiring procedures preferred.
- A minimum of two years clerical/secretary experience required.
- Computer data entry experience with emphasis on report structure.
- Computer data entry experience with emphasis on report structure.
- Experience in ATS, Word, Excel and Access database programs.
- Numerical ability is required to prepare and interpret statistical reports.
- Ability to present in a professional manner to groups.
- Ability to collect, organize and interpret data from personal interview, application forms, and letters of recommendation, to assist in making proper placement.
- Requires knowledge of applicable computer applications, (i.e. applicant tracking systems).
