Employment Type: Full-Time | Weekend Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Compensation: $35.00 – $48.04 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
Relocation: Available (based on distance and candidate location)
Position Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Radiology Multi-Modality Technologist for a 59-bed acute primary care facility in Joshua Tree, California. The technologist will perform a variety of radiographic and CT procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety while supporting the diagnostic needs of physicians and medical staff.

Position Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Radiology Multi-Modality Technologist for a 59-bed acute primary care facility in Joshua Tree, California. The technologist will perform a variety of radiographic and CT procedures, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety while supporting the diagnostic needs of physicians and medical staff.
Responsibilities

Perform general radiologic, fluoroscopic, interventional, and CT imaging procedures according to established protocols.

Ensure proper patient identification, preparation, and positioning for each exam.

Select and operate appropriate equipment and adjust technical factors as necessary.

Maintain radiation safety standards to protect patients and staff from unnecessary exposure.

Accurately process and manage images through PACS and other digital imaging systems.

Maintain documentation and records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Follow aseptic techniques and infection control procedures during imaging and interventional procedures.

Provide assistance in training new technologists or students as needed.

Participate in on-call rotation and provide coverage as required.
Required Qualifications
-
Graduation from an approved school of Radiologic Technology (college-affiliated or hospital-based program).

California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license.
-
California Fluoroscopy Permit (required).

IV Certification for contrast administration (required).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (required by start date).

Minimum of 3 years of continuous experience as a CT Technologist preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with imaging software.
Preferred Qualifications

CT Certification or documented CT training preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly rate: $35.00 – $48.04/hour (based on experience and qualifications).

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (paid over time based on experience).
