Location: Fort Mill, SC
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | On-Call Required
Pay Range: $37.00 – $58.22/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 for Full-Time (paid out over 2 years)
Shift Differentials: Nights – $4.50/hr | Weekends – $3.00/hr

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision, guidance, and support to clinical staff within the Emergency Department.

Ensure safe, effective, and compassionate patient care aligned with organizational standards.

Coordinate and manage staffing assignments, resource utilization, and daily workflow.

Assist with department performance metrics, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives.
-
Maintain professional and clinical competency appropriate to the patient population served.

Support and promote a positive work environment through communication, collaboration, and staff engagement.

Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.
Qualifications
-
Licensure: Current and valid RN license (Multi-State/Compact or South Carolina).

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department experience with demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or charge nurse responsibilities.

Education: BSN preferred (ASN accepted).

Certifications:
-
BLS (required upon hire)
-
ACLS, PALS, and CPI (required within orientation period)

Proven leadership abilities including effective communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
