Job Description
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Project Architect in Dallas, TX. The Project Architect will be focusing on data center design, our practice relies on a specialized group of architects who understand the critical systems that support data centers to the degree that they can carry productive conversations with engineers regarding value, viability, reliability, and appropriateness of engineering systems, and manage the entire design team and process from a very strong technical base. Project Architect Responsibilities:
- Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
- Prepare and coordinate all project deliverables
- Manage contract administration responsibilities
- Coordinate with a variety of consultants
- Provide leadership to staff
- Manage client relations
- Strong organizational, conceptual design, and communication skills.
- Large scale project experience, including leadership of the engineering consultants, as well as designing and documenting Architectural scope.
- A professional, NAAB accredited degree in Architecture and professional registration are required
- 8-10 years of experience and AutoCAD proficiency.
- Revit experience preferred.
