Job Summary
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Finance Learning & Development Program Manager to support ongoing Finance Transformation initiatives. This position will focus on translating current finance processes into comprehensive onboarding and continuous training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and program management, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams within and outside of the finance organization.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with business and finance leaders to scope learning initiatives and define project goals.

Develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans for learning programs.

Design and implement scalable training materials for both onboarding and ongoing employee development.

Manage internal and external contributors, including vendors, to ensure timely delivery of learning solutions.

Track milestones, deliverables, and report project status to leadership.

Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities.

Develop engaging content in various formats, including eLearning, instructor-led, and blended learning.

Measure learning outcomes and effectiveness through KPIs and participant feedback.

Maintain training governance, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

Continuously improve content and programs based on learner data and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Program Management, preferably within Finance or Corporate Services.

Strong understanding of learning design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile).

Expertise in adult learning theory and curriculum development.

Hands-on experience with eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, LMS platforms).

Strong data analysis skills for evaluating learning impact.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Demonstrated project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
