Job Summary:
Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a CRM Manager to support digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives for a valued client. This fully remote contract role involves the planning, execution, and optimization of email and CRM campaigns to enhance customer retention, engagement, and revenue. The CRM Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze performance metrics, and ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and launch CRM campaigns, including audience segmentation, email creation, quality assurance, proofing, and deployment
-
Execute and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance
-
Modify HTML and audience segmentation rules using SQL
-
Maintain documentation for campaign processes and workflows
-
Monitor, track, and report on key campaign performance metrics
-
Present campaign insights and success metrics to internal stakeholders
-
Ensure data accuracy and rendering quality through thorough QA processes
-
Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign goals with business objectives
-
Support additional marketing operations and related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field required
Experience:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or digital campaign management

Prior experience working in a digital marketing platform required
Technical Skills:
-
Strong HTML skills
-
Intermediate SQL skills (audience rule creation and troubleshooting)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for business decision-making

Familiarity with marketing test design and CRM workflows

Ability to collaborate across departments and manage stakeholder expectations

Experience leading quality assurance reviews across digital marketing assets
