Employment Type: Direct Hire
Base salary + Commission: Up to 50 BPS at the top range
Growth Potential: AEs expected to scale to $5M monthly sales

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking experienced Non-QM Account Executives to join a leading mortgage lending company. The ideal candidate will have recent Non-QM experience, a strong background in DSCR and Bank Statement loans, and a proven track record of $3 million+ monthly production (or the ability to scale to that level). Open territories include Texas, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Northern California, Oregon, and Washington, with flexibility for candidates who have an established book of business in these regions.

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking experienced Non-QM Account Executives to join a leading mortgage lending company. The ideal candidate will have recent Non-QM experience, a strong background in DSCR and Bank Statement loans, and a proven track record of $3 million+ monthly production (or the ability to scale to that level). Target Candidates & Ideal Experience
- Recent Non-QM experience within the past year (Required)
- Strong DSCR and Bank Statement loan experience (Preferred)
- $2-3M+ in monthly production (or ability to grow to that level)
- Preferred backgrounds: Experience at Deep Haven, NewFI, and Loan Stream highly desirable
- Must NOT have primary experience in Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Freddie Mac, or Fannie Mae loans
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mortgage bankers and brokers
- Assist brokers in originating Non-QM loans and moving them from submission to closing
- Act as the primary contact for brokers, ensuring smooth communication and loan coordination
- Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within assigned territories
- Work collaboratively with the inside support team to streamline loan processes
- Stay up to date on Non-QM products and market trends

- Ability to explain past career moves and motivations effectively
- Willingness to provide active broker lists and production details
- Initial screening should include pain points and motivations for switching companies
