Senior Sales Executive

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Position Type: Hybrid (Field Sales & In-Office; not a remote/work-from-home role)
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (Negotiable, Based on Experience)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$100,000
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes (Potential for Company Vehicle in the Future)
Cell Phone Reimbursement: Yes

Position Overview:
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a driven and bilingual Senior Sales Executive to join our client’s team in Austin, TX. This is a great opportunity for professionals with a background in the food and beverage industry who are ready to step into a high-impact sales role with strong growth potential.

You will be responsible for managing a sales territory, initiating new business through proactive outreach, and nurturing existing client relationships—primarily within the restaurant and foodservice sector. The role blends field-based sales with in-office collaboration, ensuring alignment with the broader sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Territory Management

  • Develop and manage a defined sales territory in the Austin/San Antonio area.

  • Execute approximately 70% cold outreach and 30% account management.

  • Target small- to mid-sized businesses, focusing on key decision-makers such as restaurant owners, chefs, and general managers.
Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive account growth.

  • Resolve customer inquiries and support billing and collections efforts.
Team Collaboration & Administration

  • Attend regular in-office meetings for team alignment and business planning.

Qualifications: Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year in the food and beverage industry required.

  • Previous sales experience preferred; candidates with strong industry knowledge and interest in transitioning into sales are welcome.

  • Track record of building client relationships and delivering service excellence.
Education

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills & Attributes

  • Bilingual in Spanish required.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of managing a territory independently.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have a personal vehicle (rideshare or shared transportation not accepted).

  • Willingness to travel locally within Austin and occasionally to other cities for training (travel expenses covered).

  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Background check and drug screening required.
