We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health Team, dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes. The PT will work closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, contributing to patient wellness, chronic condition management, and enhanced health outcomes

Location: McKinney, TX
Shift: Mon- Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Range: $35 - $45/hr (scaled DOE)

Qualifications
Excel as a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant

- Experience: Minimum of nine months as a Physical Therapy Assistant (home health or community experience preferred).
- Education: Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from a CAPTE-accredited program.
- Licensure:
- Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of agency operation.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to travel to business locations.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Assist in implementing care plans designed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve mobility, strength, and independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to optimize recovery and enhance safety.
- Document treatments and progress accurately to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
