Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA (FT)
Location: McKinney, TX
Shift: Mon- Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Range: $35 - $45/hr (scaled DOE)

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health Team, dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes. The PT will work closely with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, contributing to patient wellness, chronic condition management, and enhanced health outcomes

Qualifications
Excel as a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant

 

• Experience: Minimum of nine months as a Physical Therapy Assistant (home health or community experience preferred).
• Education: Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Licensure:
• Current license as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of agency operation.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation to travel to business locations.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Assist in implementing care plans designed by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments to improve mobility, strength, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to optimize recovery and enhance safety.
• Document treatments and progress accurately to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
