Location: Waco, TX Area
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (with flexibility)
Pay Rate: $90,000 - $110,000 annually (DOE) + Mileage Reimbursement

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our home health team. You will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and guide them through rehabilitation to restore mobility, independence, and overall function. This role involves working closely with patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

About the Role

Qualifications
- Ability to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Strong understanding of physical rehabilitation and exercise science
- Experience working with geriatric patients (home health experience preferred)
- Ability to educate patients and caregivers on home safety and medical equipment use
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in Texas
- Valid CPR certification (must maintain during employment)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
