Compensation Package:

  • Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience. This role offers compensation on a per-visit basis, with the annual earnings estimated based on experience and the number of visits completed.
  • Sign-On Bonus: Offered as an additional incentive for joining our team.

Qualifications:
Excel as a Home Health Physical Therapist

  • Minimum of nine months' experience as a physical therapist.
  • Preference for experience in community/home health settings.


Required Certifications and Licenses:

  • Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
  • Current license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of agency operation, compliant with professional standards.
  • Valid CPR certification throughout employment in a clinical role.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to all business locations.
