Shift: Mon- Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Range: $90k – 110k+ /yr   (scaled DOE)

Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Provide therapy in patients' homes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- At least 9 months of experience as a Physical Therapist (home health experience preferred).
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
