Compensation: $50.00 – $69.86 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (paid quarterly over 24 months)

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and implement individualized treatment plans under physician supervision.

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients across various care levels, including acute, subacute, and outpatient rehabilitation.

Document all evaluations, progress notes, and reports accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and discharge planning to ensure coordinated patient care.

Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides as needed.

Contribute to performance improvement initiatives and departmental education.

Meet departmental productivity standards and proactively support other rehab areas as needed.
Qualifications
Required:

Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license or documented eligibility to obtain one.

BLS Certification (American Heart Association).

Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience (new graduates may be considered).
Preferred:
-
Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants or Aides.

Strong knowledge of orthopedic, neuro-rehab, and post-surgical therapy protocols.
