Job Title: Physical Therapist – Acute Care (Full-Time, Days)
Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Shift Options: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekend Requirement: Up to every other weekend, if needed
Pay Range: $34.34 – $51.51 per hour - depends on experience
Weekend Differential: Additional $5.00/hour for weekend shifts
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.

Educate patients and families on treatment goals, rehabilitation strategies, and at-home care.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with facility and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Active Florida Physical Therapist License.

Current BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association.

Acute care experience preferred; new graduates with strong acute care exposure welcome.
