Job Summary
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists and a Center Therapy Director to join premier occupational medicine teams across Southern California. In these roles, you will provide essential rehabilitative services for injured and disabled patients, aligning with specialized Injury Process Management and occupational medicine philosophies.
We have 2 immediate openings in Riverside and Gardena, California
Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $75,000 – $115,000 annually (DOE

Sign-On Bonus: Available for qualified candidates.

Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case assistance provided based on location and costs.

Key Responsibilities
-
Direct Patient Care: Perform evaluations of musculoskeletal, neurological, and physical disorders.

Treatment Planning: Plan, design, and implement specific PT programs to facilitate maximum physical recovery.

Clinical Execution: Perform or delegate treatments including modalities, therapeutic exercises, gait training, and hydrotherapy.

Coordination: Work closely with physicians and Case Managers to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and objective progress reporting.

Leadership (Director Level): Oversee department needs, maintain professional standards, and ensure compliance with quality assurance policies.

Documentation: Maintain precise patient care records and secure necessary prescriptions for treatment in compliance with HIPAA and PHI regulations.

Education: Instruct patients on proper care, support use, and home exercise programs.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master’s or Doctorate preferred).

Experience: Open to new graduates; 0–5 years of experience in an orthopedic setting is preferred.

Clinical Skills: Experience with modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment.

Licensure: Must hold (or be eligible for) a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
