Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with orthopedic conditions such as scoliosis, limb lengthening, amputations/prosthetics, and hip dysplasia.

Create and implement individualized treatment plans that promote physical function and patient independence.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTAs, aides, and technicians to deliver high-quality care.

Delegate components of care to support staff and oversee quality of care delivery.

Monitor patient progress and adjust plans based on outcomes and clinical findings.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
-
Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate (DPT) preferred.

Active Physical Therapist license in Florida or willingness to obtain. Licensing assistance available for relocating candidates.

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required.

2 years of experience preferred, but all levels will be considered.
