Position Overview

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercise, modalities, gait training, and hydrotherapy
-
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
-
Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and proper use of assistive devices

Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
-
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
-
Communicate patient progress, attendance, and estimated discharge timelines to appropriate stakeholders
-
Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards, safety protocols, and applicable regulations
-
Participate in professional development, training programs, and continuing education opportunities

Assist with clinical instruction of students as assigned

Protect confidential and sensitive patient information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives within rehabilitation and quality management processes

Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
-
Current and active Physical Therapist license in the applicable state (Nevada or Arizona)

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
-
Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
-
New graduate to 5+ years of experience in an orthopedic or outpatient setting
-
Experience with therapeutic modalities, exercise programs, and rehabilitation equipment

Strong patient communication, time management, and documentation skills

Demonstrated customer service mindset and professionalism
