Location: Dallas, TX 75254 (On-site, M-F)
Employment Type: Direct Hire 
Salary: $120k - $150k 

 
Job Description:
WSP is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid search campaigns across platforms like Google, Yahoo, Bing, and other growth channels. The ideal candidate will manage paid search budgets and collaborate closely with the Brand and Marketing team to optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and enhance customer acquisition strategies. You’ll have the opportunity to implement A/B testing, analyze data, and drive marketing results in a high-growth environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute A/B tests, analyze data, and identify trends to optimize ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Manage and oversee online advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Optimize advertising budgets to achieve ROAS and performance goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports.
  • Create and manage keyword and search advertising strategies.
  • Implement conversion rate optimization strategies.
  • Research competitors and identify new promotional opportunities.
  • Coordinate with external advertising agencies as needed.
  • Test and implement new marketing tools and strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years in online search and keyword marketing, with experience managing teams or agencies and handling budgets of $100k+ per month.
  • Data Skills: Proficient in analyzing marketing data using tools like Google Analytics and Rockerbox.
  • Budget Management: Expertise in managing large advertising budgets and optimizing non-brand keyword campaigns.
  • Platform Expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Analytical Thinker: Excellent analytical skills with a focus on testing, iteration, and continuous improvement.
  • Creative Skills: Ability to produce effective advertising content.
  • Industry Insight: Awareness of current trends and innovations in search engine marketing (SEM).
  • E-commerce Experience: Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Creative Skills: Photography or videography experience is a plus but not required.
