Job Description
Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring an Inside Parts Analyst II in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves supporting the Aftermarket Parts Manager and delivering excellent service to customers by identifying, quoting, and selling aftermarket parts based on their needs. Ideal candidates have experience in the Boiler or HVAC industry, preferably with HVAC counter sales or inside sales experience. A strong understanding of parts, inventory management, cycle count, replenishments is essential.
Location: Jacksonville, FL
(Onsite Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities
- Working with customers to satisfy their requirements and provide unsurpassed customer service relations.
- Provide timely response to internal (co-workers) and external customer requests.
- a. 24-business hour response for normal requests
- b. 4-business hour response for emergency requests
- Engage vendors to purchase at best pricing on components by soliciting at minimum two quotes.
- Maintains inventory control:
- a. Collecting stock location orders and printing requests
- b. Daily cycle counting
- c. Replenishment per cycle of warehouse and truck inventories
- d. Annual physical inventory
- Generate invoices after completion of the sale within one business day.
- Provide support to Internal Customers (co-workers), as requested:
- a. Service Department: identify required parts
- b. Sales Department: identify required parts
- c. Accounts Receivable: follow-up on past due accounts
- Minimum: (3) years sales and marketing experience.
- Inventory Parts Experience is required
- MS Office - Word, Excel
- Boiler or HVAC Experience highly preferred
- Required: Â High School Diploma
