Food and Beverage Outside Sales Representative
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Territory
Position Type: Hybrid Role - Field Sales and In-Office (Not a work-from-home role)
Salary: $55k-$65k, negotiable depending on experience
Commission: 10% of customer deals (negotiable depending on candidate)
On Target Earnings (OTE): $80k-$100k
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes (Company car could be provided later)
Cell Phone Reimbursement: Yes

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a dynamic and motivated Food and Beverage Outside Sales Representative to join our client's team. This hybrid role involves both field sales and in-office activities, fostering a strong connection with the branch and the overall company. The ideal candidate will come from the food and beverage industry, with a strong desire to transition into or continue in sales.
Responsibilities:
Sales and Territory Management:
- Develop and manage a sales territory within the DFW area.
- Engage in 70% cold calls and 30% account management.
- Call on small to mid-size businesses, specifically targeting restaurants.
- Meet with decision-makers including chefs, business owners, and general managers.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify growth opportunities and address any issues.
- Manage invoicing and collections.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 1+ years experience in the food and beverage industry is a must.
- Sales experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates with industry knowledge who wish to transition into sales.
- Proven track record of building relationships and selling.
- High School Education Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Skills:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Other:
- Must be willing to travel within the DFW area.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid role that includes field sales and office presence.
Compensation:
- Salary: $55k-$65k, negotiable based on experience.
- On Target Earnings (OTE): $80k-$100k.
