Job Description
Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring an Onboarding Assistant in Las Cruces, NM. As an Onboarding Assistant, you will play a crucial role in welcoming new members into our community and ensuring their seamless integration. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding individuals, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing information about our services. We are seeking a detail-oriented, personable, and organized individual with a strong customer service background.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct effective onboarding sessions, with the ability to onboard multiple individuals in a session
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for new members, answering their questions and addressing any concerns during the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a network within the community, promoting our organization's services and benefits.
- Collaborate with various departments to stay informed about the latest updates and resources available to new members.
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including candidate screening and selection, as needed.
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to create a positive onboarding experience for all individuals.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to onboarding and member information.
- Continuously improve and refine the onboarding process to enhance the overall experience for new members.
- Support the sales and marketing teams by conveying the value and benefits of our services to potential and current members.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in onboarding, recruiting, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with new members and effectively convey information about our services.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple onboarding sessions and paperwork efficiently.
- Proficiency in using software and tools for managing documentation and databases.
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
