Position Overview: Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for our client in Worcester, known for its state-of-the-art medical facilities and commitment to high-quality patient care. This role involves direct clinical care, where you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a shift basis while supervising delegated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical patient care and assume accountability for patient care plans.
• Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure competency and high-quality care.
• Collaborate effectively with the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to maintain safe nursing practices.
• Uphold patient resource management and advocate for professional nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Required: Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
• Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor’s or Master’s).

• Licenses/Certifications:
• Active RN license as required by state regulations.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience: Previous clinical experience in a similar setting is strongly preferred.
  Schedule and Additional Information:
• On-call duty every other weekend and on alternating holidays.
• Free parking is available for employees.
• Onboarding involves a background check and pre-employment health screening, including a drug test.
• Compliance with applicable vaccination laws is required; proof of full vaccination or an approved exemption will be necessary before the start date, with regular testing if an exemption is granted.
