Job Description
Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a fully remote Marketing Manager with a credit union client based in Los Angeles, CA. The Marketing Manager maintains and grows current business relationships and increases business accounts through mailing, sign-ups, presentations, phone, and in-person contact. Initiates contact with potential companies or community businesses and their employees through visits, mailings, and phone calls.

Marketing Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Contact current employee groups by phone and in person and supply marketing materials in order to increase penetration.
- Conduct sign-ups and presentations including preparation of materials and mailings.
- Solicit potential company or community businesses/employees by mail, phone and visits.
- Respond to e-mail, mail, in person and telephone requests for potential and current members through marketing endeavors.
- Maintain company list, customer reps. files, mailing of supplies, approvals, and notification to staff. Maintain advertising at customer schools.
- Support tracking of company penetration.
- Work in conjunction with the Marketing Representative to prepare marketing materials for the company.
- Participate in department’s community events; Blood Drive, West Chamber, Courage Classic, etc.
- 5+ years of similar or related experience; credit union or financial services experience required
- Credit union or financial services experience required
- Supervisory/management experience highly preferred
- Ability to motivate or influence internal or external senior level professionals is a critical part of the job, requiring a significant level of influence and trust.
- Ability to obtain cooperation and agreement on important outcomes via frequently complex, senior level dialogues
- Professional level of written communication skill
