Job Description
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to Join the Home Health Team. The LVN will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to promote wellness, manage chronic conditions, and facilitate optimal health outcomes.
Days - 8am-5pmÂ

Qualifications
If you meet the following qualifications, we would like to connect with you:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state where our agency operates.
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience and one year of home health experience
- Ability to conduct nursing visits as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate and complete medical records.
Required Certifications and Licenses:
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification throughout employment in a clinical role
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to various business locations.
