Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Hybrid (onsite 1 day per week MUST LIVE IN DFW AREA)
Pay: $33 - $40/hour (conversion up to $85K per year, no bonus)
Benefits: Full benefits available upon conversion
Job Description:
Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a Senior Contract Analyst for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Dallas, TX. This position requires one day onsite per week (Wednesdays) and offers competitive pay ($33 - $40/hour, up to $85K upon conversion) with full benefits upon hire.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract administration for low to moderate complexity contracts, leading negotiations and coordinating with stakeholders.

  • Redline, review, and edit contracts to align with business needs and compliance requirements.

  • Track and maintain contract details in the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system for reporting and compliance.

  • Oversee contract intake requests, ensuring completeness before routing for approval.

  • Liaise with vendors to address contract-related questions, onboarding, and offboarding.

  • Train departments and stakeholders on the CLM system as needed.

  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, infosec, and risk teams to ensure contract terms align with company policies.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of contract management experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Experience with contract negotiations, redlining, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Familiarity with CLM tools (Gatekeeper, DocJuris preferred but not required).

  • Strong understanding of standard contract terms and legal language.

  • Sourcing experience a plus.

  • Healthcare industry experience is beneficial but not required.
Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze contract terms and document specific data points accurately.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

  • Proactive, results-driven approach to contract management.

  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in contract negotiations.

  • Take ownership of responsibilities and ensure timely execution of tasks.
