Labor and Delivery RN (FT)
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Pay Range: Â $32 - $45/hr
Shifts availability: 3x12 Days or Nights
Sign on Bonus: $20,000 (based on eligibility)
Differential - Yes

Position Summary
The Labor and Delivery RN provides direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of assigned patients. The RN collaborates with other healthcare disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and the achievement of optimal outcomes.
This position requires strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and a patient-centered approach, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
EducationBLS certification (required).
NRP and ACLS certifications (required within the orientation period).
Completion of AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Course (required within the orientation period).

Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care using the nursing process.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families about labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state of residence.
- If holding a Compact RN license from another state, must obtain a Multi-State License in the state of residence within 30 days of hire.
- Prior Labor and Delivery nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
