Inside Sales Representative
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Location: Dallas, Texas 75287
Shifts Available:
  • 2 roles: 9 AM – 6 PM
  • 1 role: 8 AM – 5 PM
     

Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with prospects, leads, and existing customers to build and grow sales. This role includes outbound calls, cold calling, and managing current client accounts to expand business opportunities. The position is 100% onsite, requiring dedication to customer service and sales growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Sales Activities: Conduct inside sales activities, including cold calling, developing opportunities, closing sales, and taking orders.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to increase market share.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with all necessary departments to ensure efficient sales processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Serve as a liaison between customers and branches to address issues and increase sales.
  • Order Fulfillment: Handle order transfers, communicate expected delivery dates, and manage stock-outs.
  • Communication: Engage with decision-makers and help improve communication templates and sales processes.
  • CRM Management: Maintain the sales CRM database and provide detailed customer reports.
  • Support Roles: Assist the Call Center by answering inbound customer service calls, processing orders, and resolving issues.
  • Continuous Learning: Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in training.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Preferably 5 years in customer service or sales roles, with a focus on meeting sales goals. Experience in an outbound call center or similar sales position is advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., ZOHO).
    • Strong negotiation, organizational, and prospecting skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
    • Ability to pass a drug test.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must have regular, consistent, and predictable attendance.
  • Ability to use office equipment/computers and remain stationary for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
