Responsibilities:
- The inside sales representative will be responsible for handling inbound calls from individuals who have experienced personal injuries.
- Assist customers by completing a questionnaire to understand the specific issues they are facing that necessitate the services of a personal injury lawyer.
- Guide the customer in finalizing a retainer agreement. This process is a crucial step in connecting potential clients with the appropriate legal representation.
- Ensuring response time is less than 2 minutes for new inquiries.
- Establishing strong relationships with clients, aiming for a minimum of 30% closure rates
- Striving to achieve a contact rate of 85% on all inquiries.
- Precisely recapping discussions during calls
Skills for Success:

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or contact center roles.
- Basic proficiency with Excel and email platforms like Gmail
- Ability to document details concurrently while handling phone conversations.
- A minimum educational qualification of High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Spanish Bilingual is a plus.
Job Details:
- Full-time position
- Starting salary: $18.00 per hour, plus bonuses and commission
