Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Target Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $25/hr, flexible up to ~$26/hr depending on experience
Job Summary:
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking two highly motivated and detail-oriented Help Desk Support professionals on behalf of our client located in Scottsdale, AZ. These are onsite roles. Full-time in-office presence is required.

In this role, you will support multiple centers across the client’s network, assisting with daily IT operations, troubleshooting, and support tasks. The ideal candidate will be capable of delivering responsive technical assistance across various platforms including PCs, Macs, mobile devices, printers, and thin clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for end users via phone, email, and remote access tools while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across various devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, thin clients, printers, and macOS systems.

  • Accurately log, update, and resolve service tickets using established processes and tracking software.

  • Take full ownership of assigned issues from identification to resolution.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer operating systems with an emphasis on macOSX.

  • Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to escalate and resolve technical issues quickly.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain clear documentation.

  • Work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating accountability and professionalism.
Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 3–5 years of relevant IT support experience.

  • Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems with a strong emphasis on macOSX.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for communication, documentation, and reporting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage work independently based on business needs.

  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting and adapt to fluctuating in-office requirements.
