Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health (Weekend)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $120,000–$146,000 annually
Location: Marysville, PA
Job Summary
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a weekend Home Health position. This role is responsible for providing high quality, patient centered nursing care in patients’ homes throughout a designated service area. The ideal candidate has prior home health experience, strong clinical assessment skills, and proven proficiency with OASIS documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Complete accurate and timely OASIS documentation and maintain compliant electronic medical records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes, medications, and care plans
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the interdisciplinary care team
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safety standards
Coverage Area
Hugo, Merlin, Rand, Sunny Valley, Gold Hill, Rogue River, Wimer, Cave Junction, Dryden, Kerby, O’Brien, Redwood, Williams, Wonder, and Grants Pass, Oregon
Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
- Minimum of one (1) year of RN experience
- Home health experience required
- Experience with OASIS EHR/EMR systems required
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Required Certifications & Licenses
- Active Oregon RN license
- Current CPR certification (must be maintained throughout employment)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned coverage area
