Compensation: $75,000 – $115,000 annually (based on experience, location, and seniority)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $20,000 (paid after 1 year, no payback required)
Monthly Housing Stipend: Available – inquire for details
Relocation Assistance: Available, based on location and costs

Position Summary
Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring Physical Therapists across multiple Southern California locations. This role focuses on helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain, with a strong emphasis on work-related injuries and outpatient orthopedic therapy. New graduates and PTLAs (Physical Therapist Licensed Applicants) are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological, and other physical problems.

Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans.

Educate patients on exercise programs, care techniques, and the use of supports.

Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members.

Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with quality assurance policies and regulations.

Participate in professional development, training, and clinical instruction as needed.

Support a fast-paced outpatient model, typically treating 2–3 patients at a time.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Master’s preferred).

Licensure: California PT license (or eligibility to obtain).

Experience: New grads accepted; outpatient/ortho experience preferred.

Additional Skills: Strong communication, time management, and patient care skills.
