Job Title: Radiology Technologist

Position Summary:
Under minimal supervision, the Radiology Technologist performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by licensed physicians. Provides high-quality healthcare services by applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients of all ages. Completes required competencies within the designated introductory period and performs other related duties as assigned.
The Radiology Technologist produces diagnostic radiographs and rotates through advanced areas, including:
Assists practitioners with fluoroscopy, arthrography, OR procedures, and trauma imaging.

Job Description
Job Title: Radiology Technologist

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Shifts Available: Nights, Days, Rotating
Compensation:

Pay Range: $25.47 – $39.48 per hour (depending on experience and specialty)

Shift Differentials: Yes
-
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
-
Paid quarterly over 2 years
-
$10,000 cash bonus subject to applicable taxes

Must maintain the same employment status to receive full installments

Repayment required if employment status changes or candidate voluntarily leaves within first year

X-ray Night: Rotating 6/8 (Thu–Tue) | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | 3x12

X-ray Day: Thu–Sun | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 4x10

X-ray Day: Wed–Sat | 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM | 4x10
-
X-ray Day / OR Lead: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 4x10

Assists practitioners with fluoroscopy, arthrography, OR procedures, and trauma imaging.
Education & Experience Requirements:

Required: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program
-
Preferred: Associate degree
-
Experience Preferred: 1–3 years
Certifications & Licenses:
-
Required: ARRT (Radiology R) or registry eligible; must obtain ARRT within 1 year of graduation

Required: AHA BLS
-
State license if required
