RN Supervisor – ICU (Full-Time, Nights)
Location: Fort Mill, SC
Schedule: Full-Time | 12-hour Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
On-Call: Yes
Pay Range: $37.00 – $55.15 per hour (based on experience)
Shift Differentials:
• Nights: +$4.50/hour
• Weekends: +$3.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for full-time (paid over 2 years)

The RN Supervisor ensures compliance with clinical standards, promotes a safe environment, and supports the strategic goals of the unit.
Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical and operational supervision for ICU staff during the night shift.

Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in alignment with organizational standards.

Support staffing oversight, workflow coordination, and resource allocation.

Assist with departmental budget awareness and unit performance goals.

Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and service excellence.

Maintain professional and clinical competency appropriate to the ICU patient population.

Participate in staff evaluation, education, and mentoring.

Respond to patient, family, and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
Required Qualifications
-
Active RN license (Multi-State/Compact accepted per state regulations).

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required.

Acute Care experience required.

Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or charge nurse experience.

AHA BLS required; additional certifications may be required based on unit assignment.

Ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
Preferred Qualifications

BSN preferred.
-
2–3 years of recent Acute Care leadership experience.
