Pay Range: $27 – $35 per hour (based on experience and specialty)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $15,000 for Full-Time roles

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiologic examinations according to physician orders and department procedures.

Verify patient identity and ensure exam appropriateness prior to imaging.

Operate and maintain radiographic and imaging equipment safely and effectively.

Produce clear, high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing radiation exposure.

Provide compassionate care and clear communication to patients during imaging procedures.

Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and healthcare staff to ensure accurate and timely results.

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality practices at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R).

Must have or complete American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) training by the end of orientation.
Skills and Abilities:
-
Strong clinical and analytical skills to perform accurate, age-appropriate imaging procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinical environment.

Proficiency with radiographic equipment, PACS systems, and electronic health records.

Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and assist patients as required.

Manual dexterity and visual acuity to ensure optimal image quality.
Compensation & Schedule

Pay Range: $27 – $35 per hour, depending on years of experience and specialty.

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $15,000 available for full-time hires.

Shift Differentials: Additional pay for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Night and weekend shifts also available.
