Position Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in executive-level recruitment. This role will lead full-cycle hiring for senior leadership positions (VP and above), requiring exceptional professionalism, strategic partnership with executives, and the ability to engage and attract high-caliber passive candidates. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in negotiating complex executive packages, including annual and long-term incentives, employment agreements, relocation, and other components.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor and recruitment expert to senior executives, influencing search strategy and hiring decisions.

Lead all components of executive search, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview process management, closing strategy, and coordination of onboarding.

Assess candidates thoroughly and communicate clear, data-supported recommendations to leadership.

Maintain proactive and transparent communication with hiring leaders, ensuring timely updates and strong follow-through.

Anticipate recruitment challenges and identify opportunities to enhance processes and candidate experience.

Partner with TA leadership, HR, Compensation, and business units to support workforce planning and hiring strategies for mission-critical and hard-to-fill roles.

Analyze requisition data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.

Manage relationships with third-party search firms on assigned roles.

Support recruitment initiatives tied to organizational growth, operational changes, and transformation efforts.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all requisitions within assigned client groups.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience.
-
At least 3 years of executive-level recruiting (director and above) strongly preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred.

At least 5 years of sourcing experience using multiple channels strongly preferred.

Demonstrated experience developing recruitment strategies and supporting workforce planning.

Experience managing relationships with external search firms strongly preferred.
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Professional recruiting or sourcing certifications (CIR, RACR, Social Talent, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) preferred.
-
Strong professionalism, executive presence, and communication skills are essential.
