Recruiter (High-Volume)
Location: Remote (CST Preferred)
Employment Type: Contract (3–6 Months, Possible Extension)
Target Start Date: January 5, 2026
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week (No Overtime)
Pay Rate: Up to $24/hour

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support high-volume staffing needs in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience recruiting for call centers, agencies, or staffing environments, with the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment efficiently and professionally.

Position Overview
The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition for assigned roles. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing candidates through the applicant tracking system. This role requires strong communication, effective time management, and the ability to build and maintain talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers and supervisors to identify staffing needs, job specifications, required qualifications, and essential skills.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop effective staffing plans and recruitment strategies.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process.

  • Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers to track candidate progress.

  • Develop and execute advertising and sourcing strategies, including job postings and ad approvals.

  • Represent the organization at job fairs, schools, and community events.

  • Maintain accurate employment records and documentation for future reference.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong candidate assessment skills (phone and virtual).

  • Ability to recruit across a variety of roles and job levels.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Education & Experience

  • 1–3 years of high-volume recruiting experience in a call center, agency, or staffing environment required.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
