Position Summary
The Sourcing Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and qualifying candidates through a variety of sourcing methods. This role builds strong talent pipelines across multiple requisitions and provides essential support to the recruiting team.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Review applicant credentials and present qualified candidates to the recruiting team

Analyze job descriptions to develop effective sourcing strategies

Perform administrative tasks to support recruiting initiatives

Leverage sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, college networks, ATS platforms, and social media

Partner with recruiters to support sourcing needs across multiple roles

Maintain accurate documentation within the ATS

Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
1–4 years of experience in sourcing or candidate screening
-
Experience using an ATS (iCIMS preferred)
-
Background in clinical or healthcare recruiting strongly preferred

Strong research, networking, and database search skills

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and internet-based sourcing tools

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
