Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a Graphic Designer on behalf of our not-for-profit client in Chicago, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, imaginative, and collaborative creative team. The Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing and creative staff to develop brand-consistent visuals that engage audiences across a wide range of media platforms.
What You Will Do:

Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, and designers to conceptualize, develop, and produce impactful print and digital assets

Support the creation of:
-
Meeting programs, theme designs, and promotional materials
-
Onsite signage, social media content, banner ads, infographics, and video elements
-
Logos, publications (print/electronic), mobile applications, websites, and interactive campaigns

Stay informed about trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design to continually improve and innovate

You communicate well and collaborate effectively with team members

You manage multiple projects simultaneously with independence and accountability

You’re highly skilled in layout, typography, and visual design

You excel under pressure, are organized, and meet tight deadlines
-
You can follow creative direction and work in a variety of visual styles
-
You take feedback well and adapt designs accordingly
-
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
-
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design
-
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
-
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
-
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
