Job Description:
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a Graphic Design Assistant for our client in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, onsite contract position lasting approximately 8-12 months. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Director, who has recently taken on additional responsibilities involving marketing and social media functions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing flyers, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms.
- Update and maintain internal SharePoint design elements and layouts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Support online marketing efforts with innovative design solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 months of relevant or transferrable experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with social media content creation (website design experience not required).
- Experience with SharePoint design.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
